Upcoming PWRS Member Events

Just a quick reminder for members of our upcoming Open Day and Annual General Meeting.

Open Day, Sunday 23rd August

This year, we're again holding another of our very successful open days, where you can look round and view the progress on our various rolling stock projects.

Plus relax with free tea and coffee, cakes and biscuits, whilst chatting to our volunteers about the work that has been done and is yet to do.

Anyone with membership can attend for free with the option to renew in cash when you visit. Guests are also welcome at a day membership of £5 payable on the day.

The venue is at our NPL workshops and security will require the names and car registration, colour and make of those wishing to attend. Please email openday@pwrs.org with details, including your name and membership number.

Note, this a membership event (with guests welcome at £5) and booking to let us know you're attending is essential to access the site.

Annual General Meeting, Wednesday 16th September

The Poulton & Wyre Railway Society AGM will be held at Poulton-le-Fylde Civic Centre in September.

Your opportunity to have your say and engage with the committee about the ongoing efforts of the society.

Note, you must have a fully paid-up membership to attend, but you may renew on the evening.
